    Where in the world are people smoking? The answer is, “Just about everywhere.” Many of the other activities in this module focus on cigarette smoking in the United States, but people all over the world smoke cigarettes. In which countries do people smoke the most?

    Below are links to maps of a few regions of the world. The table lists the number of cigarettes smoked per person annually in various countries. On the links below, click on a region for a larger version of that map, and print it. For each of the countries listed below, locate the country on one of the maps and write the number of cigarettes consumed per person for that country inside the country's borders. If there is not enough space inside the borders, draw a line to the country and write the number in the margin of the map.
