Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min, Plus refrigeration time.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients, except nuts, in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Spread nuts evenly in a shallow baking pan. Bake 5–8 minutes or until golden, stirring occasionally. Or spread nuts on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on high 1 minute and stir. Continue microwaving, checking every 30 seconds, until nuts are crunchy. Serve cold, topped with nuts. Can be refrigerated, covered, up to 4 days.
