Icy Fruit Tea

Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 15 min.

  • 4 tea bags
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, crumbled
  • 1 quart plus 2 cups carbonated water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ice cubes

Place tea bags in a medium bowl and add boiling water. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add honey and mint and mix well. Mix juices in a large container. Add tea mixture and refrigerate until ready to use. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and add ½ cup tea concentrate. Fill glass with carbonated water.
