Quick & Easy Pita Pizza

- 4 pita breads, 20 cm (8 inches)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
cheese
- ¼ cup each chopped green
and red peppers
- 24 slices pepperoni

Pizza Sauce:
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. grated parmesan cheese

Sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients; mix well.
For 1 Pizza:
Spread each pita round with ¼ cup (50 ml) sauce; top with mozzarella, peppers and pepperoni.
Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
