Quick & Easy Stir Fry

  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 lb. boneless pork or chicken,
    cut into strips or cubes
  • 4 cups broccoli pieces
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • rice
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • ½ cup tomato juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Heat 1 Tbs. oil in large skillet; brown meat. Add remaining oil, broccoli and onion; sauté lightly. Stir in remaining ingredients, except rice; cook about 5 minutes. Serve over tomato rice. (Prepare rice according to package directions, substituting tomato juice for half of the water.)
