Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 8–10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and keep warm. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and onion 1–2 minutes. Add tuna and corn and cook 2–3 minutes. Stir in wine and spaghetti sauce and continue to cook until heated through. Remove from heat and toss into pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and chives.
