Tofu Sautéed in Butter with Scrambled Eggs

Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the tofu and mash. Sauté until lightly browned. Add eggs and scramble to your liking. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also be sautéed with a variety of other ingredients like chives, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, etc.
