Use of facilities must support CHF’s mission of preserving the history and heritage of the chemical and molecular sciences, technologies, and allied industries.

CHF offers space for three large meetings simultaneously. Events that require multiple small sessions are not appropriate for CHF.

Basic Information
Capacity:  300
Availability: Preference is given to affiliated organizations, corporate sponsors, the community of the chemical and molecular sciences.
Catering: Ask for our preferred list of fine food service providers. In all but exceptional cases, we will require use of our approved vendors.
Rates: Competitive, for space of same size; adjusted seasonally
Booking: Exclusively through CHF
Time minimums: CHF spaces may be reserved in four time slots depending on availability. Preference is given to events booked for the full day.
Support: CHF staff can arrange for media, IT, photography, and other support as needed. Services provided by outside vendors require a minimum of 10 business days notice and an appropriate deposit.
