Science on Tap is a monthly science café featuring a brief, informal presentation by a scientist or other expert followed by lively conversation.
CHF joins over 40 Old City Philadelphia museums, galleries, and shops in opening its doors on the First Friday of each month. From gallery talks to hands-on science, the focus is always active participation.
Exhibit-Related Programs
CHF produces special programs to support its changing exhibits. Examples include the Molecules That Matter Lecture Series, which presented leading perspectives on molecules that profoundly shaped modern life, and The Secret Cinema at CHF, a series of vintage science-fiction film screenings followed by expert-led discussions.
