You’ve probably heard of yoga and acupuncture—maybe even tried one or both. But have you ever stopped to think about the origins of either? On today’s show we bring you the complement to our Herbal Remedy show and look at the Western perspective of Eastern medicine. Producer Gretchen Cuda brings us to a yoga studio in Cleveland to investigate yogic breathing and assistant producer Jen Dionisio tells us about acupuncture.
