Competing Elements
The It's Elemental page on CHF's Web site.
December 22, 2010 | Jennifer Dionisio
With less than three weeks remaining in CHF's It's Elemental video competition, student films interpreting the elements are quickly streaming in.
Our grand prize winners are at the mercy of It's Elemental's fantastic panel of judges: science writer Ivan Amato, historian Michael Gordin, Nobel prize-winning chemist Roald Hoffmann, Dow R&D Director Catherine Hunt, author Sam Kean, Wired's Senior Editor Adam Rogers, the National Science Foundation's Darryl Williams, and CHF's very own president (and blogger-in-chief) Tom Tritton.
Another winner, however, will be determined by a no-less distinguished group: you, your friends, family, and colleagues! The People's Pick Awards are determined by our Web audience. The top video will earn its school a $5,000 grant. Not a bad holiday gift, don't you think? Help us by casting your vote.
