During her childhood in India, Shobha Kothapalli was told that she didn’t need an education because her job was to get married and serve her husband. But she fought to follow a different path.
Kothapalli is the CEO and founder of XZeal Global Solutions, which provides service in the areas of clinical research, clinical technology implementation, information technology consulting, staffing, and health-care system implementation. She worked previously as a software engineer at Merck. Kothapalli earned a B.A. in business from Mumbai University, an M.A. in software engineering from Apple, and an M.B.A. in health care from the University of Phoenix.
