To kick off Philly Beer Week, CHF welcomes historian John Ceccatti, who will pop the top off the history and science of traditional English ales. Homebrewing enthusiasts, take note: classic recipes will be distributed.

Presentations will take place at 5:15, 6:15, and 7:15, followed by tours of the Museum at CHF.

This event will be the final opportunity to view CHF’s newest exhibit, Inspiring Youth in Chemistry.
