If you have a favorite chemist, alchemist, or past award recipient, help write him or her into Wikipedian history!

Members of the CHF community and guests will have an opportunity to work on Wikipedia pages of interest to them. Activities may include editing pages, creating new pages, and adding images and metadata, with a focus on CHF’s collection of women scientists. Active Wikipedians and novices are welcome. Coaching will be provided. Please bring your own laptop.


  • 12:00–1:00 p.m., Tour of the museum, rare-book room, and archives (meet in main lobby)
  • 1:00–1:20 p.m., Orientation (Franklin Room)
  • 1:20–3:00 p.m., Editing (Franklin Room)
  • 3:00–4:00 p.m., Optional time to edit, chat, or visit the museum
