In honor of Philly Beer Week, CHF welcomes Michael McCaulley, wine director of Tria, to talk about what he considers the perfect beverage: cider! Join us as McCaulley explain the cider-making process and its growing popularity in recent years. We will offer cider varieties from around the world to taste.

Talks and tastings will take place at 5:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.

Please note, samples are limited. We will provide them to guests who are 21 and over as long as supplies last!

In addition, visitors of all ages will have the opportunity to visit our new exhibit, Suited for Space, and handle objects from our new teaching collection.
